Will iPhone 7 and 7 Plus case still fit iPhone 8 and 8 Plus?
The specs aren't identical, but the differences are only a few millimeters and the camera size and position are the same. So your old case will probably still fit the new iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus.

However, not all phone cases might fit...
Nevertheless, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus are marginally thicker - 0.2 mm - than their predecessors. So some very tight cases, especially the hard plastic case, might not fit.
