Very disappointed with the service at the NEX outlet on 10 July. I sent my staff to purchase and engrave a sample gift as we were considering placing a bulk order for our company’s anniversary event.
While confirming the engraving options and clarifying the package price (the displayed price was over $50, but I had been told it was around $40), the staff serving her seemed impatient and annoyed, as though my staff was taking too long or asking too many questions.
As a potential corporate customer considering a bulk purchase, we expected much better service. Unfortunately, this experience changed our impression, and we decided not to proceed with the bulk order.

The item recieved is good as the colour and prints are true to colour as on website. However the attitude of the staff at Funan outlet on the day and time of my collection was bad (11 June @ 1.40pm). He sounded uninterested when i approach him for collection. And he was to the extent of rude when i unknowingly blocking his way (as i stood in front where the stocks are kept).
Apart from the beautiful name customisation , I love how well organised my jewellery looks now . Easy accessibility without having to go thru boxes just to look for a certain piece. Love my new purchase.
