I am perfectly happy with my order. Item arrived the very next day, which saved me from a lot of stress on whether it will arrive in time for my sister's birthday. Quality of the bag was really good too. However, as it was a gift, it would have been much better if it came with a gift bag on top of the gift card, as in the blue paper bag that was given out the last time I bought an item in person. Instead I used the black shipping bag it came in.
I purchased the bottle for my daughter when I myself receive one as a gift. The follow up message and the pretty personalised with name & flower was unique. Thank u Imprint!
