TLDR: Insides of Laptop Sleeve "leaks" hairs/fibers when finger is rubbed across due to the material used. Insides of Laptop Sleeve isn't leather, instead its some fiber/hair material. Only the outsides are leather. Wouldn't suggest buying unless insides & outsides are leather.
I purchased the Saffiano Laptop Sleeve & physically collected it from NEX's outlet on 28 Aug 2025. When I reached home, I felt that the leather was of decent quality. However, when I rubbed my finger against the insides of the Saffiano Laptop Sleeve, black-coloured "hairs"/"fibers" appeared on my fingers due to the material used. A laptop sleeve or bag is meant to protect the laptop, not introduce dust/dirt/hair/fiber to it. My advice is to seriously consider this aspect before purchasing, I regret spending $60.80 (14-inch). If the insides were leather instead of those "hairs"/"fibers", I wouldn't give such a rating. This rating is solely for the product, not for the shipping or customer service.

This bottle was great on every count, except its clip is weak. Often the clip's outer closing part could be forced out of the part where it closes. For a $20++ bottle, I expected better. Otherwise the bottle itself is solid.

This is my second time buying from imprint, and what I really like about this store is the good leather material of your products, how quick I can receive the product, the packaging, and the ability to customise names on lanyards and laptop covers. Maybe just one thing I can think of for improvement could be the ability to freely choose more locations to put the name, different font types, emojis, and maybe even stickers/different cute animal characters.
Sleek and minimalist design, keep cold really well and overall satisfied with it. However, my matte bottle scratches quite easily despite good care and i alr have a scratch which shows the metal on the inside.
