Repear purchase from The Imprint. Ordered the bottle in the evening, and was able to collect it the next morning. Quality is good as always, and service is always quick!

The ordering system can be improved. If you are making multiple orders of the same item with different name engravings followed by the greeting cards to be attached, the process can be overwhelming.
Packaging of the item could definitely have been better - keychain could have been placed in some foam that is fitted to the item’s dimensions to give a more elegant look, especially when it’s usually given as a gift.
Items could also have been wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap instead of being stuffed fully into a cardboard box. I accidentally cut the surface of the turquoise box while opening the packaging just because the keychain boxes are stuffed fully inside the cardboard box. Not ideal.
After I emailed THEIMPRINT on my request to make a customised mug, I got a very fast reply. I had created my own design and Qi Xiang gave suggestions for me to adjust it so that it looked better. I'm pleased with the service and the outcome of the printed mug.

Ordered in October 11th and it is October 24th and u still have no received my item. Contacted company for update or refund. I would not recommend.
Bought items as gifts. The order was ready really fast, I placed the order online at 8pm and 30 minutes later I was informed that my order was ready for collection even though I opted for collection the next day. Was not expecting it to be ready so fast as order was placed near closing time. I was satisfied with the results as well.
I am a returning customer, previously getting a passport holder and now a phone case for iPhone 17 Pro. The phone case lends an air of elegance that makes me tempted to personalise all the stuff now. The gold embossing contrasted well with the burgundy saffiano leather. I’ll come back for this when I change my phone again.
Really good quality and well made it’s just that description states leather and I was disappointed it’s a man made fibre.
Bottle quality is good, default print is great. Slight issue is with the add-on printing which is slightly off centre
