Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method. For SingPost Normal Mail, you can expect delivery within 2-7 working days. However, this option does not provide a tracking number. If you opt for Courier delivery you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days, and it comes with tracking. For those who prefer self-collection at Funan/NEX/Wisma, we'll send you an WhatsApp notification when your order is ready. We have a 14-day return policy at THEIMPRINT. However, if more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. It's important to note that to qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also necessary for the return process. Because of their unique nature, personalised items are exempt from this return policy.
